Refund Policy
At D’Shades Jewellery, we take pride in providing our customers with quality products and excellent customer service. We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases, and we stand behind the products that we offer.
Exchange Policy
Products are eligible for exchange if they meet the following criteria:

The product is in its original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging.

The product has not been used, washed, or damaged.

The product is eligible for exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Make-to-Order Products
Our make-to-order products are pre-orders, and it takes a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks for an order to be ready. Payment for pre-order products is required in advance.
International Orders
For international orders, the delivery duration is a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks. A tracking number will be provided via email after the order has been completed and dispatched.
Damage or Fault in Product
If the product is damaged or there is any fault or difference, D’Shades Jewellery will be responsible for replacing the product.
Exchange of Items
Customers who want to exchange items (such as bangle size or design) will be required to pay a delivery charge of RS300/-. Customers are advised to check the product description and size guide carefully before placing an order to avoid any inconvenience.
Cancellation and Change of Orders
Customers can cancel or change their orders within two hours of order submission. After that, no requests for cancellation or changes will be entertained. Customers are advised to receive their orders once placed and paid for.
Incomplete Address
Customers should provide a complete and proper address, including house number, block number, street number, or a nearby landmark, to ensure successful delivery. Orders with incomplete, unusual, or empty addresses will be cancelled immediately.
Refund and Return Policy
We strictly follow a no refund and no return policy. Customers are advised to check the product description and size guide carefully before placing an order to avoid any inconvenience.
Changing or Refund of Sale Items
Every sale item or stock clearance sale item is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
